  • This site is dedicated to the billions of unwanted, unloved, pets, that are discarded by the way side or given up to high kill shelters or treated inhumanely by the human race in shelters, on the streets, in dumpsites, half starved to death, injured and left for dead. Abused and used for illicit gain. Bred for the sake of monitary gain with no respect for the animals health or temperament. Yes, back yard breeders, pet shops, puppy mills.

I want to share my experience as a rescue volunteer that scours these shelters for pets in great need of being rescued, rehabilitated and placed into loving homes. I want you the viewer to see first hand the emotional affects it has on these pets, what I see in these shelters and how it affects not only myself but many rescuers out there doing the same thing I do in the name of rescue. I want you to see how many dogs ultimately pay the price with their lives for the negligence, ignorance and just plain hatefulness of their caretakers. It isn't just dogs, puppies but cats and kittens too that pay with their lives at the hands of humanity.

On this home page, I want you to take a look at pets that are discarded in pounds daily. Look deep into their eyes and feel their sadness, confussion as to why they are there. Why did their owners give them up? Why did their owners abandon them? Look at the depression that sets into these once happy and very loved companions.

I want you to look at the conditions these animals have to endure at these low funded animal control shelters.

Just some of the animal control shelters that have web sites with pictures of these desperate pets that have been discarded or abandoned by their owners.

Be responsible and adopt a shelter pet. Be responsible pet owner and do what it takes to keep your pet happy and healthy throughout its days.

Thrown away at birth, discarded and left for dead.

Young Pitty Pat given up

Sadly Pitbull's are euthanized in many shelters and not given a second chance.

What's New?

Did you know millions of cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies die in shelters every day? At least 30,000 die daily in shelters around the USA.

Did you know millions of people discard their older pets to high kill shelters daily because they want a puppy?

Did you know 70 percent of the animals taken into Animal Control shelters are pure breeds and euthanized?

Did you know 25 percent of the animals taken into Animal Control shelters are Designer breeds and are euthanized?

That leaves 5 percent of the animals are either adopted or pulled into a safe rescue or have died while in animal control shelters.

Do you know your county's animal ordinances?

What I would like you to know is: Simply put, a pet is a LIFE TIME commitment. Would you toss out your child or parents if they got old, sick, or pregnant?
